Developing Caelestis meant creating a complete fragrance identity from scratch. The new scent needed to feel aligned with Gagliardi’s established heritage while introducing a more exploratory and Mediterranean-driven energy that pushed the brand into new creative territory.
The challenge lay in capturing the refined elegance of Gagliardi while appealing to a consumer who values craftsmanship, culture and emotional connection. Caelestis had to stand out through consistency across its brand world, packaging and campaign, ensuring every detail echoed the luxurious and aspirational experience at its core.

Through research and close collaboration with the Gagliardi team, we shaped a Mediterranean journey grounded in elegance, movement and aspiration, becoming the foundation for every creative decision.
At the centre is a visual system inspired by maritime heritage and atmospheric storytelling. The bottle and packaging were designed from scratch, featuring layered structures, refined materials and bespoke illustrations that reflect the fragrance’s sense of depth and discovery. Typography, palette and motifs were crafted to evoke sophistication and escapism.
Supporting this is a campaign built as an extension of the brand world. Through cinematic imagery and emotional direction, the launch captures the moment of setting sail — a metaphor for exploration and possibility.
The outcome is a fully realised fragrance brand: cohesive, evocative and premium across every touchpoint. Caelestis stands as a fragrance with its own world, shaped through clarity, artistry and a distinctly Mediterranean spirit.
